Sign up for a wholesale account in 3 easy steps!

1. Please sign up for an account from the secure link here.
   
   
2. Please fax a copy of your sales tax permit and a picture of your storefront to 702-407-1392.
   
   
3. Once your information has been submitted, you will recieve a confirmation e-mail that your account request is under review. Upon approval you will recieve our Dealer Agreement and your new account number.  You will then be permitted access to log in to your account to place your orders online.
